Paul’s Pursuit: Dragon Lords of Valdier Book 6

Paul Grove loves two things in the world more than anything else: his daughter, Trisha, and roaming the mountains and forests of Wyoming. One he would kill for, the other is who he is. He has spent his life devoted to his ‘little’ girl, even though she isn’t so little anymore. When she disappears, he focuses all of his hunting and tracking skills on finding her. The tracks he has found make no sense, the clues left behind unlike any he has ever seen before, and the disappearance of Trisha and her friends a mystery he is determined to solve. When his daughter unexpectedly returns with a warrior from another world, he realizes he has no choice but to return with her to her new home or lose her forever.

Morian Reykill is a High Priestess for the golden symbiots of their world known as The Gods Blood. She is their protector and a member of the Royal House of Valdier. When her first mate is killed she is devastated, for while he was not her true mate, they loved each other very much. She thought to join her mate in the next life but something told her it was not yet her time. She believes it is because of her five sons, all Princes of Valdier devoted to protecting their people and the Hive, the birthplace of the symbiots. When both her sons and her people are threatened, she will do whatever she has to in order to protect them.

Paul Grove finds love in the beautiful alien woman who takes his breath away. For the first time since his wife died when Trisha was a baby, Paul wants someone of his own to hold. When a madman threatens his new family and takes the woman he is determined to claim, he will use all of his skills in hunting, tracking and guerilla warfare to get her safely back by his side.

Morian discovers that the alien male who has claimed her is the true mate she has always hoped of having but thought an impossible dream. Will she be able to save him before a powerful Valdier Royal kills him as he did her first mate or will she lose not only her true mate but her entire family to a man obsessed with gaining control of the Hive and the people of Valdier?

She is willing to sacrifice anything, including her life, to protect them. What she does not know is that Paul is the ultimate predator when his family is in danger. For when he is in pursuit of an enemy, his prey never gets away.

Twin Dragons: Dragon Lords of Valdier Book 7

Melina Franklin was barely sixteen when she and her grandfather were kidnapped from their small farm in Georgia by an alien trader and sold to an Antrox mining asteroid in deep space. Mistaken for a young boy, she lives in fear of being found out and sold. Her only companionship for the next five years is her grandfather and the Pactors, a large creature used for hauling the mining ore, that she takes care of. She dreams of the day when she and her grandfather will somehow escape and return home to the rolling green hills of their farm.

Calo and Cree Aryeh have been secured as the personal guards for Creon Reykill’s mate, Carmen Walker. The twin brothers are a rare species of dragon known for their fierceness in battle. Born to the mystic dragon clan of the Northern Mountains, they have given their allegiance to the Dragon Lords vowing to serve and protect the royal family and their new true mates. The brothers know they will never be able to have a true mate of their own. Never in the history of their clan have twin dragons been able to find a mate capable of handling two male dragons. They can only hope that they die in battle so they are not destined to be caged when the loneliness eventually drives their dragons insane.

The twin dragons are confused when two humans are discovered on an abandon asteroid mine. The old man and his grandson appear normal enough but their dragons and their symbiots are driving them crazy, insisting the boy is their true mate. Neither know how to handle the other two parts of themselves or their need to remain close to the boy. On top of that, the young human male refuses to have anything to do with either of them. He hides and avoids them every time they get near him.

Things become clearer when they discover Mel is really Melina. Unfortunately, finding out their true mate is really a woman does little to change her feelings toward them. She is even more determined to return to her world.

When her wish comes true, the brothers know they have no choice but to kidnap her and hide her away. Can they convince her to give them a chance at happiness or will she seek protection from the royal family they have vowed to serve? If that is not bad enough, there is another who has his eye on their mate and will do whatever is necessary to keep her – including killing the twin dragons who have claimed her first.

Hello. I really enjoy all your books, but, the Valdier warriors are my favorite. What will be your next book to come out please? I loved “Saving Runt”.

    • S.E. Smith says:

Hi Crissy, thank you—and yes, there will be more stories in the Valdier series—my next books will be two from the Seven Kingdoms, then I’m back to the Valdier/Curizan/Sarafin world for another adventure.

  • Donald D Davis says:

Try Amanda ronconi she does another author I read (molly harper)and has a really good voice and puts emotion into it also Sophie eastlake (check thea harison books) good voice Jim dale can do a lot of range with his voice (see Harry potter books

    • S.E. Smith says:

Some aren’t available as they work with a specific publishing company, but I will check them out! Thank you!!! 🙂

  • Donald D Davis says:

Ow and where is Gracie’s touch and kracks firebrand in audible it is an awesome story you don’t even have them listed on your site

  • Valerie says:

    Hi Ms. Smith,

Are you doing a follow up book soon on Pearl in the Dragon Lords of Valdier. The last we heard of her she was being carried off in a golden symbiont cage.

    • S.E. Smith says:

LOL. Yes, I’m not sure when, but yes, Pearl and Asim will have their story.

    • Julie says:

I just finished Jaguin’s story and it referenced Twin Dragons Destiny with Sara’s “dead” childhood friend as the heroine. When will that be out?

      • S.E. Smith says:

Hi Julie. Thank you for your post! 🙂 I have a number of stories ahead of TTD, but you can expect it early next year.

        • VALARIE says:

Just read your reply about Twin Dragons Destiny?
          Any updates.
By the way, I love your series. I can’t wait for more. You are the best.

          • S.E. Smith says:

Thank you, Valarie! TTD will be out this coming year. I’m gathering my creative energy to go on a writing spree, either that or just enjoying a lot of nana-naps. LOL. Oh yeah! We babysat last night. Yep, definitely recouperating from that! Still, TTD will be out this coming year! 🙂

          • Lorraine says:

Hello, just wondering if you have any updates on Twin Dragon’s Destiny?? The first book I read of yours was Twin Dragons and I fell in love with your books. You have a very creative mind.

    • Kayla says:

[* Shield plugin marked this comment as “trash”. Reason: Failed GASP Bot Filter Test (checkbox) *]
which book was this in? I love Pearl i’m so glad she got a mate

      • S.E. Smith says:

Hi Kayla. Pearl’s Dragon will be out in the Embrace the Romance: Pets in Space 2 anthology this coming October 10th!

  • Jessie says:

Hi, I love your books, I have just about all of them, as e-books and on audio. I have a question about the twins in the Valdier universe, do the female twins have the same problems as the male twins, I’m just really curious about that and can’t stop thinking about it.

    • S.E. Smith says:

Hello, Jessie. Thank you so much for you insightful question. The girls are the first sets of ‘female’ twins and no, they don’t largely because they are also ‘human’.

  • Mako says:

    Asim and Pearl St. Claire

I love Pearl. Reminds me a bit of my nana. Down to earth, strong and loyal, and of course funny as hell! LOL!! Would love to see a book with their story. A book too much? How about a Novella? : )
Yeah, I fell for Asim. Quiet, older. Perhaps is because I’m older. Just like I really got a kick from Ajaska in Lord of Kassis. Don’t get me wrong the young fellas and their sweethearts are fine and dandy and I have read them all. Next I’m hitting The Alliance and the Zions. I can’t wait for Dust and any other you bring out! LOL!! Amazon got my ticket! 🙂

    • S.E. Smith says:

LOL. I’m writing a free read on Tilly and Angus right now from the Cosmos’ Gateway series. Yes, they are younger as this is the story of when they met, but they are still in love now. I’m planning on writing Pearl and Asim as well. I don’t want to rush it! It is going to be good. I loved Paul and Morian’s story and Christoff and Edna’s as well. For me, love has no age limit as you’ll discover as the Dragonlings start growing up and in Dust’s story.

  • Beckie says:

It must be extremely difficult to have so many series going on, having to keep up with the demands of readers and publishers. I keep checking your site for Jaquin, Pearl , marastin dow, lords of kassis. SO many many books to come. I cannot fathom how you write and keep them straight. In Jo’s Journey there was a small part where…shoot I can’t remember his name, the robot dude that liked the one really backward, shy girl. He has the pink crystal ship, good grief sorry, anywho I would love to read their story

    • S.E. Smith says:

Hi Beckie! Jarmen is the guy you are thinking about. His and Jane Doe’s story is coming out this year. For me, it is like visiting friends (not sure I have as many in real life). Each one is a distinctive individual who I know. I love their personalities. Yes, it can be overwhelming at times, but I just step back and say, okay, who’s next. LOL. I just go with the flow…

  • Mica says:

Hey, when is Jaquin’s love coming out?? I really want to read it, I loved all the other books so I am really hoping that it is not to long before it comes out.

    • S.E. Smith says:

Hi Mica! 🙂 Thank you for your post. I’m working on Jaguin’s now. I had a few other stories to take care of before I could focus on his and Sara’s story.

  • Taylor says:

I’m still waiting for Jaguin’s story to come out.

    • S.E. Smith says:

It’s coming, I promise. My hubby is going to class for a week! Need I say more… LOL. A week! No, honey, the treadmill is calling you. Honey, you need to go for a bike ride. Honey,… One WEEK of him learning and me writing! Sigh… I love really love that he is a nerd!

  • Sue says:

I read through the comments for Dragonlords of Valdier series and thought I read that Tamblin’s story, from a post on January 4th, would be out in the fall of 2015. Will his story be out soon or did I just miss it.

  • Kimberly L says:

Are you going to write a book about Asim and Pearl?

    • S.E. Smith says:

Yes, eventually! I just have a few to write first. LOL. But they will have their story.

      • Shay says:

Will the goddess have a story of her own? I noticed she has become more and more fascinated by the other characters and how they interact with their mates and younglings. I think that would be a great story to tell, even if it’s only a side story within a story. Maybe it could be a story to end the series!! Oh! I would love that!! But I have to know what happens with Phoenix first! Lol

        • S.E. Smith says:

Hi Shay. Yes, Aikaterina will have her own story. She so needs one! Also, Phoenix and the other Dragonlings, Roam, and Alice will also have their stories. 🙂

  • Kimberly L says:

I was wondering if you were going to write a book about what happened to Pearl? I was reading the Dragonlings Easter book and thought when Asim stole her away that it would be a great book to read if she is anything like her granddaughters.

  • Christiane says:

I read Dragonling’s Christmas a while back and pouch on the the story of Christof. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. Sure the ending is great, but there should have been a warning that these characters were already written about and this was just the same story by from Christof point of view.
But apart from this, I have like all your stories and will continue to look forward for your new stories. When is Book 8 coming out? I do not see it on pre-order on Amazon.

    • S.E. Smith says:

Hi Christiane. I’m sorry you were disappointed. This was not the same story, though. The section where he meets up with the dragonlings was parallel to the Dragonlings’ Magical Christmas as it was an important part, but it was a lot more indepth since it gave it from Christoff’s POV. It was actually a very small section compared to the rest of the story which was very different. I understand that not all books are for everyone and appreciate your sharing your thoughts. I’ve often explained that I write in parallel as well as in serial. It is important to recognize that this is necessary for several reasons. First, not everyone will have read the Dragonlings’ Magical Christmas, so this gives a bit of the back story in a more entertaining way then just give a paragraph description. Second, I’m fascinated by what each character is thinking and feeling. We only received a hint of what Christoff thought and felt in the other story and nothing about why Aikaterina was there. These are important, not only for this story, but for understanding and appreciating what motivates a character. Expect Jaguin’s Love the end of January. I hope this helps you understand that as a storyteller, I try to share what the characters are showing me. Happy Holidays! 🙂

  • Nancy says:

Have I missed it? but have you written about Pearl and Asim?

    • S.E. Smith says:

I haven’t written Pearl and Asim’s book yet. You get a glimpse of what is to come when Asim kidnaps Pearl much to Riley’s amusement. LOL.

  • Nancy says:

I see you have book 9 set for release in the dragon serials but what about number 8 I don’t see that on Amazon?

    • S.E. Smith says:

LOL. Squirrels! Jaguin’s will be out late January. The squirrels highjacked my brain and Christoff and Edna’s story came about. It isn’t a Dragonling’s story, so it was hard to decide where to put it. I’m working on Jaguin’s Love, I promise!

  • Barbara Sherry says:

I just finished reading your series on the Dragon Lords and found it a good read and was able to follow the plot line. I will be buying more as they come out.

    • S.E. Smith says:

Hi Barbara. Thank you so much for your feedback. Don’t forget Ha’ven’s Song, Choosing Riley, and Viper’s Mate. They all go along with the characters in the series. A Warrior’s Heart does also and it is free on all major distributors. xoxox

I listen to audio books and have just finished “Cornering Carmen” and have listened to the 4 before of “DRAGON LORDS OF VALDIER”. I have laugh and cried through the books. I now need some more, please tell me that the rest are going to be released in audio books.

    • admin says:

Hi Gloria. Yes, Paul’s Pursuit is currently in production and Twin Dragons will be after that. I’m not sure if you have listened to the Alliance or Touch of Frost, they are also available. More are on their way! I also have the Cosmos’ Gateway series in production.

  • Jerk says:

Someone’s going to take my man-card away or try to get me to rally for the other team… but I enjoy stories about feisty women… just as I have a keen appreciation for strong women myself.

That said… and assuming everyone has already finished making fun of the guy who reads romance… I caught the hint at the end of Carmen’s book (the child that was freed when the dragons visited Mexico). There is a strong implication of another story there… and I wondered if I missed / didn’t notice the story if if that is something you are circling back to?

    • admin says:

Actually, real men read romance because they are the ones who can appreciate what it takes to have one. Think of Oblivion, Mission Impossible, Taken, Star Wars, Guardian of the Galaxy, Star Trek, Games of Throne, and Underworld – every successful book/movie has romance in them. I have a large number of male readers because I combine action/adventure/suspense/humor AND romance in my books. You are talking about Emma and Sara. Have you read Ha’ven’s Song? That is the story of Ha’ven and Emma (one of the girls that was rescued). I haven’t written Sara’s story yet. It is coming. If you haven’t seen the Dragonlings’ stories, you might enjoy them as well. I have the Christmas one coming out next Tuesday and I have a short story released on a blog that is A Dragonlings Day at the Beach. I’ve even had some guys email me to tell me they really liked it. My sister’s Tennis Coach (Glenn) LOVES the stories and I have husband/wife teams that read them. There are also a lot of guys going to the conventions now… Oh yeah! Ironman, Superman, The Hulk, Hawkeye… Wolverine… Hello… All in love… All having a romance. So, don’t worry about getting your man-card taken away unless all those macho guys get to lose it with you! 🙂

      • Jerk says:

I was referring to the last paragraph in Chapter 22.

It seems to imply that a child has a few new stories to tell… it would only seem worth mentioning if … you know… you planned to tell that story too.

“Neither one of them saw the young girl standing in the remains of the compound alone. A look of wonder and a small smile of relief on her face. Miracles really did exist she thought as she crossed herself. She was free!”

      • Jerk says:

oh… and regarding my mochismo… The comment came from a place of humor, not self consciousness. I find great humor in the realization that this may be the only group where I am outnumbered by the other party (so to speak).

        • admin says:

LOL. I took it with the humor (as references to The Hulk, Ironman, and Wolverine will atest). I think you are totally, and warming, welcome to the best group in the world. Everyone in the publishing industry knows that Romance writers are the best to hang out with and have the most awesome sense of humor out of everyone!

          • Jerk says:

In truth, when there is a story built around a couple that establishes themselves through their hardships and experiences, I truly do enjoy the story. When it is about a couple getting it on, the story being little more than garnish… I enjoy it more. I like your stories.

  • Nancy says:

when is Sara and Jaquin’s story being released.

  • Susan says:

I was searching my e-reader shop one night looking for a new book when I ran into “Abducting Abby”. I read the synopsis and decided to order it. Well after reading it I was hooked on your books. I think I have read just about all of your series. What I like is that all of your women are feisty and funny. They love their men, but are not afraid to fight beside them or give them guff or slap them down when they get to big for their britches. And I especially love it when they play tricks or jokes on them or just use plain old English and the men get so confused, take it in stride, and then try to figure it out and give it back in fun too, but never get angry at their women. You sure must have a lot of fun thinking up what to write cause I sure have a lot of fun reading them. I love your books. You are now a member of my favorite authors club. Their are several but they are all special and so good. I can’t wait for more books.

    • admin says:

Thank you, Susan. That is exactly what I wish others would see in my stories. The women and men are partners. Yes, they have their misunderstandings. Yes, they get frustrated. But, throughout it all, they never put each other down or crticize someone for being who they are. They grow and learn which is what relationships are all about.

  • Jackie says:

Hi, I just finished reading Viper’s Defiant Mate, and I wanted to say that I love the Dragon Lords series, Sarafin Warriors series, and Curizan Warriors series so far! I love that they all interconnect! I’ve read some of the comments and see that you have plans for many of my favorite characters in these series and I was wondering how soon one of these will come out? (Other than Dragonling’s Christmas in July) please say soon 🙂

    • admin says:

Hi Jackie. I will have another story from the Dragon Lords (Tamblin’s story, he is Tia’s brother), Grandma Pearl’s story, and Adalard’s story coming out this year. So, a full line up. I hope this helps!

  • Jane Layne says:

I have read all your series and I love them all. I like how the women are fighters for their rights to do as they would on earth and not hide behind the Warriors. These with have spirit

I love all of your books. Will you be doing a Christmas story on the dragonlings? If so, do you have a tentative release date?

    I love all your bo

    • admin says:

Hi Jane. Thank you so much! Yes, A Dragonlings’ Magical Christmas will be out the middle of July. I believe we all have an internal strenght inside us.

  • Jane Layne says:

I have read all your books and I love them all. They make me lol, cry with them and I really love the way the women drive the
    guys crazy.
Will you be doing a Christmas story with the dragonlings? If so, do you have a release date in mind?

  • Nancy says:

re-reading the serials again – will a story be done about Vox’s brother Blaze?

  • Nancy says:

i hope you are doing stories about Adalard and Bahadur as well has Mandra’s chief of security

  • Hillary says:

I need to read Choosing Riley but I cannot find the eBook. Can you tell me where I can get it.

    • admin says:

Hi Hillary. Choosing Riley is available at all the major distributors. You can also click on the links on my website. Hope this helps!

  • ABB says:

I remember reading at the end of Ha’ven’s Song that there would be another book coming called The Dark Prince’s Prize. Are you still planning to write that one?

  • Lisa says:

First let me start with, I mainly listen to my books through Audible.com and this is how I discovered your books. I have listened to most and have the others saved for a later date. However after listening to Aducting Abby and then Chasing Cara (laugh out loud) within 24 hours I went to Amazon and downloaded the remaining Dragon of Valdier series because I cannot wait for the audio versions. Of course I will buy and download them when available. There are certain authors and books I reread over and over and I just want you to know that you have made my very short list of favorite authors that I reread over and over. I look to the many books I will read and listen created by you. Thank you for sharing your gift with me.
    Lisa

    • admin says:

Thank you so much for your lovely post, Lisa. I will have to share this with the narrator! He will love it. He said the hardest thing for him was talking as fast as he could imagine Cara talking. He loved her! LOL. Thank you again!

  • Hillary Brown says:

OMG your books are great. I can’t get enough of them. I read the entire Dragon Lord and Cosmos Gateways series. I can’t wait to delve into the others. Can’t wait for the others to come out. Thanks a lot for a slice of magic.

    • admin says:

Hi Hillary. What a wonderful comment post! Thank you! If you liked both of those series, I’m sure you’ll enjoy the others. xoxox

  • Shelly says:

Thank you for many hours of reading enjoyment. I have read several titles from the various series. My current favorite is “Choosing Riley”. I have read that story several times, and laugh every time at Riley’s predicaments. I am happy more stories will be forthcoming.

    • admin says:

Hi Shelly. Thank you so much for sharing your enjoyment of Riley and Vox’s story. I’m currently working on Viper’s Mate (Tina and Viper’s story). It will be interesting to see how Viper handles not only Tina, but Grandma Pearl too! LOL.

  • cara says:

Will there be more Sarafin Warrior’s and Cuzrizan? I love all the series and its hard to wait to see what’s up with the characters.

    • admin says:

I’m currently working on Viper’s Defiant Mate: Sarafin Warriors Book 2 which I hope to release the end of May, beginning of June.

  • Morgan says:

do you have an updated release date of Jaquin’s Love?

    • admin says:

Hi Morgan, not yet. I have a long list of stories for this year. It will probably be the beginning of next year before I get to Jaguin and Sara’s story. There will be more Dragonlings’ stories, though.

      • Morgan says:

        How about Viper’s story?

        • admin says:

Viper and Tina’s story is coming up next after Dagger and Jordan! 🙂 Look for it in May.

          • Morgan says:

            Awesome! Will do!

          • Morgan says:

One more thing ahaha: is it safe to assume you will, eventually, have a Saber/Taylor story?

          • admin says:

Oh, yes! Their story is a guarantee. I’m just letting Taylor grow up a little more before her story comes out.

          • Morgan says:

Ahaha understandable. Is it one of the books you plan on releasing in the next year?

          • admin says:

Can’t remember, I like to blame in on the squirrels in my head, but if you mean Jaguin’s Love, then yes, in the next year! 🙂

          • Morgan says:

Ahaha totally understandable! And I was wondering of Taylor and Sabers story would come out in the next year?

          • admin says:

Taylor and Saber’s story will probably be either the very end of this year or the beginning of next year. This year is already turning out to be a busy one!

          • Morgan says:

Well I just recently caught up on all the books of all of your different series And I’m really glad that you’re continuing all of them because I love all of them ahaha. That takes a lot of dedication and if you keep producing them i’ll keep reading them 🙂

          • admin says:

Thank you, Morgan. I jump from series to series as it (in my mind) helps keep me fresh. For me, it is about the characters and their stories. I have lots of stories planned for each of my current series. plus a YA action/adventure story and a seven book children’s action/adventure/fantasy series planned.

  • Nancy says:

please say you are doing a story about Pearl and Asim.

    • S.E. Smith says:

Yes, there will be a novella for Pearl and Asim. LOL. I’ve already been thinking about it.

      • Patti says:

I just finished rereading the Valdier series again and just caught up on all your posts and comments – it’s been longer than I thought because I hadn’t known about the Grandma Pearl and Asim novella that you have planned. LOL Thank you so much for that! I am still chuckling imagining it! I read what one of your other fans said that you are one of the few authors that she rereads. I, too, reread your series and it’s always just as funny the 2nd and 3rd or 4th time around! I appreciate that your male and female characters are strong, funny, even goofy sometimes, but always loyal and righteous in good way. They make mistakes but try to right them. I love that I know that I won’t go wrong by reading one of your books – it’ll be time to escape for some humor, romance, and a lot of laughs! 🙂 Thank you and keep them coming!

        • admin says:

Thank you so much for your post, Patti! It is refreshing to read, especially when I was having a frustrating day! LOL. You’ll love the Dragonlings’ Magical Christmas. It has all the great things you mentioned, and a wonderful incite as to how the kids are growing as they go off on an unexpected adventure. Thank you again for your post!

  • Leanne says:

At the end of For The Love of Tia you said to be continued in book 4.2 Tamblin’s Prize. Any schedule for this book.

    Thanks

    • S.E. Smith says:

I plan on releasing an anthology of my own short stories this fall. It will include Tamblin’s story as well as many other characters from the different series. I thought this would be a great way to caught up on them. I loved Tia’s story and their world. It will be interesting to see what has happened since the Grombots were released.

  • Becky says:

I have enjoyed this series very much as well as Cosmo’ s Gate series. I was surprised because I almost exclusively read historical romances. I want to thank you for opening up a whole new world for me.
I started with the first Cosmo’ s book read through all of them then moved on to the Dragon books and loved them more. It took me about a week to read through all of them. My question is when will Jaguin’s Love be available? Do you have plans for more for this series?

    • S.E. Smith says:

Hi Becky, thank you for your lovely post! Yes, I have plans for more. As you can tell, I have a number of series. I let the characters guide me in telling their stories. I truly believe in the power of the relationships my characters have and the strengths they both bring to the stories! I can’t tell you how excited I am that you gave me a chance! Thank you, so much! I hope to have Jaguin and Sara’s story out late next year.

    • S.E. Smith says:

There is has been an issue with it at the Amazon.au site. I thought it had been fixed. If you contact Amazon help, they will help you. I’m trying to remember the fix for it. I know that several readers said Amazon helpdesk were able to help them. Let me know if you continue to have problems. Email me at sesmithfl@gmail.com.

    • S.E. Smith says:

Thank you, Debra. Currently, I have several more books for this series. I loved Paul’s Pursuit. His love for his baby girl, Trisha, tore at me. Then, for him to finally find Morian – sigh….

  • audra zaun says:

can’t wait to read twin dragons—teaser #4 is a gut buster.

  • kathleen sheldon says:

I love all your story . When is 7&8 coming out . Do you have a date yet?

    • S.E. Smith says:

Twin Dragons is coming September 20th. Spirit Warrior will be possibly the end of October or beginning of November. I’ll know more after Twin Dragons is done. I plan on writing two short stories. One for a box set with Michelle Pillows and others and I have to write the Dragonlings’ Haunted Halloween. LOL. I want to see what the babies have been up too!

  • S.E. Smith says:

Thank you, Karla! Touch of Frost is now out. Twin Dragons is up next!

  • karla says:

when can we pre-order Twin Dragon? i am so anxious to see what happens in this story.

    • S.E. Smith says:

I am working with Amazon on a pre-order button. I hope to have that in the next few weeks. I’ll will let everyone know if I am successful! 🙂

    • S.E. Smith says:

I’m working with Amazon on a pre-order button. Twin Dragons is burning up the screen as I type!

  • Stacie says:

I love all of your books and am always looking forward to the next release. Thanks for all of the fun and adventurous stories! Do you have any books set to be released in the next couple months? (The coming soon release dates on the website are a little wonkie)

    • admin says:

Touch of Frost is a short story coming out in August as part of IRC. Then Twin Dragons is next. I’m not sure which book will come after that.

    • S.E. Smith says:

I’m working on that! I’ve changed over my website and I’m still learning. LOL. Touch of Frost is now available in the Feel the Heat Bundle set. It is a full length adventure!

  • Monique says:

Do you know the release dates for books 7 and 8? I love this series and can’t wait for these two.

    • admin says:

Hi Monique, Twin Dragons is next in the Dragon Lords series and I will start writing TD in earnest when I get back home from vacation. Cree and Calo are going to have to work for Mel; she’s not about to make it easy for them LOL.

  • karla says:

i have read the entire series of “Dragon Lords of Valdier.” Something that is mention in Abby’s & Ariel’s story is that they are vegetarians what happened after they got their dragons are they still vegetarians? (it is something that has me wondering cause itis mention that that dragons love meat)

    • admin says:

Karla, the girls are very resourceful and their dragon is a BIG part of them so protein substitutes are great. Besides, there is no way Ariel’s dragon could eat all her new little friends. You’ll learn a bit more during Grandma Pearl’s story as Asim takes Grandma Pearl back to the mountain retreat. Shhh, I wasn’t supposed to give out that bit of a teaser. LOL.

      • karla says:

Thank You for taking your time to answer. i just finished reading Razor’s traitorus heart. i love all your series. waiting for the next book is hard but worth it.
