How to Manage Your S.E. Smith Subscription Box or Digital Dragon Pack
Here are a few simple how-to guides to help you manage your subscription.
- Log into your Payhip account.
- The subscription box you have with S.E. Smith will be displayed.
- In the top right of the page, click on your ACCOUNT icon.
- Click on SETTINGS.
How to change your credit card
- Click on the CARD tab.
- Remove the previous card.
- Add the new card’s details.
- Click on SAVE CARD CHANGES.
How to upgrade or downgrade your subscription box
To change your subscription level, you need to first cancel your current subscription and then sign up for the new level you want.
To sign up for a new subscription, click HERE.
To cancel your subscription box
- Log into your Payhip account.
- The subscription box you have with S.E. Smith will be displayed.
- In the top right of the page, click on your ACCOUNT icon.
- Click on SETTINGS.
- Click on the SUBSCRIPTION tab.
- Click on the CANCEL button to the right of your subscription.
- Confirm you wish to cancel or go back.
